ELP QUANTITY SURVEYORS SDN BHD is a registered company with the Ministry of Finance, Malaysia, and the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia and Department of Commerce, Vietnam.
The experienced team comprises the Directors, Sr. Andrew Ng Shou Guan, Sr. Wong Kit Yee, Sr Wong Chu Heng, Sr Wong Chii Nguong whom are all Consultant Quantity Surveyors registered with the Board of Quantity Surveyors, Malaysia; the Royal Institution of Surveyors, Malaysia; and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), United Kingdom.
