Our services are generally based on the local context and we are flexible of adapting and incorporating any specific requirements of the Clients, as well as to adapt the documentation to meet the requirements of international clients.

Professionalism

We strive towards professionalism and our works are carried out on a professional attitude equal to that available internationally.

Accuracy of Cost Estimate

We are conscious of our responsibilities in cost forecasting and in establishing realistic construction budgets. Appropriate advice would be given and cost control exercise would be implemented in order to maintain these cost limits to the tender stage.

Minimize Contractual Claim

We are conscious of producing contract documentation to minimize contractual claims and of establishing acceptable tender amounts by continually monitoring the costs.

Continuity

A Director / Associate Director / Manager together with a Senior Executive / Executive are usually assigned to a project. The assigned personnels will have intimate knowledge of the project. This will ensure that continuity of our quality service throughout the lifespan of the project.

BIM

BIM softwares like Cost-X and Glodon are employed to ensure speedy and accurate extraction of quantities / modelling of the buildings for the preparation of Bills of Quantities. Quantities produced for the respective items / elements are linked to the drawings and could visually be displayed in 2D or 3D modes, thus enabling traceability and checking.
